Fully Automated Beads Art Assembly based on Dynamic Compensation Approach
Towards the goal of realizing next-generation manufacturing, we demonstrate the implementation of made-to-order bead art as a simplified scenario of smart manufacturing. Specifically, by configuring a 3DoF position compensation module which is controlled with 1,000Hz visual feedback at the end-effector of an industrial robot arm, the proposed system accurately picks up moving beads on a rotating stage that resembles a belt conveyor and creates bead art according to the design of online orders. Very costly
I wanted to see for myself in 3 dimensions the results of rotating a Dove prism (used in forj applications and rotating images or photographing rotating parts). I actually have a 3 dimensional environment in the office for purposes other than optics. I saw this video (@m.ruclips.net/video/-wFcgyIpnYI/видео.html&pp=ygUKcHJpc20gZG92ZQ%3D%3D) I can adapt it, but it requires lengthy programming. If you have the ability and means, I suggest please if you can make a video explaining the result of the rotation of the dove prism and its effect on the path of multiple parallel and separate laser beams. Very cool! What kind of projector did you use? I suppose DLP projectors are not for this kind of work because of the ghosting effect.
It seems like a very ordinary, simple, unnecessary but fun work, but to me it is a weapon technology. A lot of crazy things come to my mind.
A third robotic arm can be used to pick up the towel from the floor and crumple it up to return it to the table. Thus, there will be an endless loop and there will be no need for humans. How is my opinion? Do you like it? No need to thank.
